Juniperus

DOMOVINA is a high-quality Slovak Juniperus with a remarkably dry taste, with a pure but delicate flavour of black juniper with no added sugar. Black juniper berries were used in production because they are rarer and less sweet than red juniper berries, but also more aromatic.

Juniperus with gentian

We have enriched the delicious Juniperus brandy with pure gentian root extract which is produced by ourselves. It adds a yellowish shade and the typically bitter aroma of the gentian root to the juniper brandy. However, we have only added it to the point whereby the juniper remains clearly recognisable, and therefore simply adding the right Tatra flavour.

Pear spirit

Distilling fruit has a long tradition in Slovakia. Trees bear fruit with a very strong taste thanks to an ideal microclimate in our region. In addition to plum spirit, pear spirit is the second most popular distillate thanks to its delicious, mildly sweet and spicy flavour.

Apricot spirit

It’s an art to prepare good apricot spirit. Apricots love the sun, they thrive most in southern areas because they are very prone to spring frosts. Apricot spirit smells of ripe and juicy apricots, a wide range of consumers take a delight in it.

Plum spirit

The basis of a good distillate is first-class, healthy prime fruit from the orchard. Plums are taken fully ripe and Instructionsed without pits. The result is a confident distillate with an attractive aroma of ripe plums with a spicy touch. We respect the Slovak distillery traditions, so we produce plum spirit with 52% alcohol by volume.

One of Europe’s most esteemed pear varieties lends this distillate its characteristic juiciness and delicate buttery texture. Conference Pear Brandy features elegant aromatics with distinct notes of honey and blossom. Careful fruit processing ensures the final product retains its pure varietal character and high quality.
